PTRI revisits skills on First Aid with PRC
April 2016 - The Philippine Textile Research Institute (PTRI) zooms in on Seminar / Workshop on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to test the skills of PTRI employees and officials on their First Aid skills. The Human Resource Department led the event as part of their HRD Program for the year. 14 participants of the event practiced the CPR on the dummies.
"During an emergency, one should assess the situation first before providing immediate contact to the wounded or victim. One must be careful also when providing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to avoid contamination with HIV Virus or other diseases." -Red Cross Subject Matter Expert
