PTRI laboratories are equipped with sophisticated testing equipment manned by competent staff capable of undertaking different physical and chemical tests to determine levels of quality of fibers, yarns, fabrics, garments and allied products including dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries used in textile production.
Tests are carried out in accordance with PNS standards, foreign and international standards/methods such as ISO, ASTM, AATCC, JIS, BS and IWS. Test methods supplied/specified by clients are also considered.
