Under the theme "Science, Technology, and Innovation: Partners for a Resilient, Comfortable, and Secure Future. Providing Solutions and Opening Opportunities in the Green Economy," the exhibition runs from September 25-27, 2024, at SM City Tuguegarao in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The exhibit features the transformation of natural fibers, showcasing raw materials such as bamboo, pineapple, banana, and abaca, along with their resulting natural fiber-based blended yarns as part of the Regional Yarn Production and Innovation Hub (RYPIC) in Isabela, and handwoven fabrics from Indigenous Enabel Crafts.

Additionally, bamboo-based textile creations—including fabrics, fibers, yarns, and finished wearables are on display in connection with the Bamboo Textile Fiber Innovation Hub in Isabela. Footwear products developed under the R&D program for textile-based solutions for the Philippine shoe industry (SAFATOS), utilizing Philippine Tropical Fabrics, are also featured.

The exhibition highlights an array of naturally dyed yarns and dye sources under the Natural Dyes Program, emphasizing the use of indigenous plants and materials. Visitors can also experience handloom weaving with DOST-PTRI's Therapeutic Handloom Machine V2, specifically designed for differently-abled individuals.
