DOST-PTRI, the Textile Research and Development arm of the Department of Science and Technology, is determined to fulfill its mandate while keeping its employees, customers, and communities safe. The provision of textile-related training programs form part of this. While we all observe the norms of community quarantine, the Institute invites everyone with a deeper interest in textiles, to study and to learn more about how textiles are made through a fitting training course delivered in a FREE Webinar: Tech-Know TELA: Basic Textile Technology Course Webinar Series
OBJECTIVES:
- To provide the participants with technical knowledge in textile raw materials and products, process of manufacture, and techniques on quality testing and evaluation through a webinar class;
- To address textile technology questions and concerns of the registered participants.
