41 Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship specializing in Apparel and Fashion students and 3 faculty members from Benguet State University (BSU) - La Trinidad Campus took part in an educational tour at the Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI). The students were interested in learning more about the textile industry and exploring opportunities for internships and research partnerships with the DOST-PTRI's Textile Academy.

One of the highlights of the tour was the chance for students to try out the Theraloom, a special type of loom used to create fabrics with therapeutic qualities. Many students were excited to see and use the equipment for the first time, making the experience both fun and educational.

The visit also helped strengthen the connection between BSU and DOST-PTRI, with both sides discussing possible future projects and partnerships to support textile research and innovation. The tour gave the students a closer look at the growing field of textile technology and its potential for the future.
